            In this globalization era, there were many changes or developments in the world of technology, culture and economics. In order to survive in a variety of advancements that happened, the government to improve the quality of education in Indonesia, one of which is English education. As we know that English has become the international language. Almost all countries use English as the language of daily communication. Seeing the development in various fields may require the ability to speak English, Indonesian society would be expected to be able to speak English well so as to improve the quality of Indonesian society.

            In Indonesia, English language education has been carried out since the education level of kindergarten (TK) to college. In fact there are several international schools that implement the English language in all school activities including learning activities at school. But the fact is the ability to speak English Indonesian society is still lacking. People's motivation in using the English language in everyday life is still lacking. Another thing that affects the motivation to use English is the environment. If a person's usual environment using English then that person will be motivated to use English, but if you are not accustomed to using the English language there would be no motivation to grow untuki use English. If someone has to get English education, but the environment is not supportive, it will reduce the motivation to use English. So these two factors highly interconnected to each other.

3.    Cultivate the spirit of attitudes, behaviors, and entrepreneurial ability among the people who are able, reliable, and excel.

4.    Develop awareness dan'orientasi Entrepreneurship is robust against society.

2.    Willingness to work diligently, carefully, and productive·

3.    Ability to solve problems and make decisions systematically including the courage to take the risk of business·

5.    Ability to think and act creatively and innovative.

D. The purpose of Entrepreneurship·

1.    Want to Get Rich Quick

Entrepreneurs are those who seek a better future, while employees are those who are looking for a sense of security, "Do not want to be the payday of a lifetime!" Valentino said Dinsi. That is, if you want to be rich do not just rely on payday. Because rich-wealthy people pay, still richer people who give salary.

2.    Do not Want Unrestricted / Arranged Others

                 On our own, we are free to set our own work and not spend most of our time to get orders and pressures of others.

3.    Can Achieve Dreams And Creativity

     When we already have a self-owned business, then our results could be to further develop our business, by providing ideas that arise from the results of our own thoughts. Since we already have a very spare time that is not owned while being an employee.

4.    The state of destitute / recessive

     What will you do when there is no more income, such as when hit by layoffs. To meet the needs of everyday life, like it or not then you will surely be thinking to start my own business, because sometimes too long to look for a new job again. So the situation is this that makes us suddenly become a businessman / entrepreneur.

5.    Unlimited Income

     While becoming entrepreneurs, we are the boss and the employees of the business that we manage themselves, not bound by time and rules. We can earn money in very large, even unlimited.

Kemampuan untuk menciptakan sesuatu yang baru dan berbeda (ability to create the new and different) .

Wirausaha adalah sosok pengambil risiko yang diperlukan untuk mengatur dan mengelola bisnis serta menerima keuntungan financial ataupun non uang.

Kewirausahaan adalah penerapan kreativitas dan keinovasian untuk memecahkan permasalahan dan upaya memanfaatkan peluang-peluang yang dihadapi orang setiap hari.

B.      Tujuan dari Kewirausahaan, sebagai berikut:

·         Meningkatkan jumlah para wirausaha yang berkualitas.

·         Mewujudkan kemampuan dan kemantapan para wirausaha untuk menghasilkan kemajuan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat.

·         Membudayakan semangat sikap, perilaku, dan kemampuan kewirausahaan di kalangan masyarakat yang mampu, handal, dan unggul.

·         Menumbuhkembangkan kesadaran dan’orientasi Kewirausahaan yang tangguh dan kuat terhadap masyarakat.

D.     Tujuan Berwirausaha

·         Ingin Cepat Kaya

Pelaku wirausaha adalah mereka yang mencari masa depan yang lebih baik, sedangkan karyawan adalah mereka yang mencari rasa aman, " Jangan mau seumur hidup menjadi orang gajian!" kata Valentino Dinsi. Artinya, kalau mau kaya jangan hanya mengandalkan gajian. Karena sekaya-kayanya orang gajian, masih lebih kaya lagi orang yang memberi gaji.

·         Tidak Ingin Terikat/ Diatur Orang Lain

Dengan usaha sendiri, kita bebas mengatur kerja kita sendiri dan tidak menghabiskan sebagian waktu kita untuk mendapat perintah dan tekanan orang lain.

Ketika kita sudah memiliki suatu usaha milik sendiri, maka hasil yang kita peroleh bisa untuk lebih mengembangkan usaha kita, dengan memberikan ide-ide yang timbul dari hasil pemikiran kita sendiri. Karena kita telah memiliki waktu yang sangat luang yang tidak dimiliki disaat menjadi karyawan.

Apa yang akan Anda lakukan ketika tidak ada penghasilan lagi, seperti disaat terkena PHK. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, mau tidak mau maka Anda pasti akan segera berpikir untuk membuat usaha sendiri, karena kadang terlalu lama untuk mencari lowongan baru lagi. Sehingga keadaan inilah yang membuat kita secara mendadak menjadi pengusaha/ wirausaha.

·         Penghasilan Tidak Terbatas

Disaat menjadi pengusaha, kita adalah bos dan karyawan dari usaha yang kita kelola sendiri, tidak terikat waktu dan aturan. Kita bisa mendapatkan penghasilan dalam jumlah yang sangat besar, bahkan tidak terbatas.

Ini usaha kita, hasil jerih payah kita, hasilnya juga milik kita. Jadi kita sendiri yang pegang kendali. Kitalah yang menjadi penentu kesuksesan dan keberhasilan usaha yang kita jalankan.

·         Memperoleh Kepuasan Dan Kebanggaan Tersendiri

Dengan membuka usaha sendiri, apalagi sampai berkembang (cabang dimana-mana), hingga memiliki karyawan yang banyak, dan penghasilan banyak. Pemilik wirausaha akan memperoleh kepuasan dan kebanggaan tersendiri.
