Honesty
Honesty is to act in accordance with prevailing regulations, the heart desires and reality without harming anyone. These actions such as speaking the truth, accept the right of it should, take action in accordance heart desires and more.
Speaking the truth is spoken as fact, without exaggerating or reducing the reality of things being discussed. Accepting that the rights that should receive, rights in accordance with the duty we have done and in accordance with applicable regulations. Examples receive a salary as applicable, without such deceit corruption.
Do action according to our heart willing without influence from others. With such actions we do will feel more comfortable lived and produce something better and more satisfying. For example choose a department field of study based on interest and talent.
There is a phrase that is often spoken in our lives, that is "lying for the good", but I think honesty is better than that. Sometimes honesty is painful, but believe me if we have to do something with honesty means we have to do the best.
